All content, branding, and materials created by editcraft remain our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a perpetual licence to use the deliverables as agreed. Our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and tools remain our intellectual property.
5. Limitation of Liability
editcraft's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or revenue outcomes, as digital marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA, except where prohibited by law.
